Guide the internal restructure of the organization to create an agile and financially sustainable organisation.
What we did:
The current organisation structure was monitored and evaluated by running an in depth Organisation Health Check. A new strategic framework (purpose, vision, values) was created, better reflecting the organisations’ current shift. The existing Communication and Fundraising strategies were enriched, in order to leverage on the niche expertise of the organisation and help it become more extroverted and financially sustainable. Hands on training and guidance was delivered to the Management team and the organisation as a whole, aiming to stimulate the personal development of each member of the organisation.
