Terms & Conditions

Our company’s website is strictly informational.

Our website does not use cookies.

Our site collects the IP addresses from which you visit it, as well as your IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), the browser you used, the amount of time you spend on it and the tabs you visited for purely statistical purposes of tracking site traffic and improving the site.

The above items are not intended to be associated with any natural person.

All the above data are statistically processed each month (the process lasts 15 days), and this means that only the number of visits per day and per tab is retained and will be deleted on the 25th of the following month.

The above personal data is not passed on to third parties. The only exception is the company that processes the traffic data on our site, which has the obligation, after completing the data processing, to delete all the usage data of the previous month no later than the 23th of each month. It is not inconceivable that the above data will be retained in the exceptional case that the data retention is deemed justified for the purpose of defending our company against legal claims.

If you send us an e-mail, through the “contact” tab of our website, our company collects the information listed there, i.e. name, surname and e-mail address, in order to respond to your request. Depending on your request, your e-mail is handled by an employee responsible for that duty and only the manager and the employees who need to know about it will be informed. These data remain in our files for five years and are subsequently deleted, unless the data retention is deemed justified for the purpose of defending our company against legal claims.

Personal data, in any case, is not transferred outside Greece.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (a) and (b), where the sending of a letter is considered a request from the data subject, as well as Article 9 (2) (f), with regard to the legal protection of our company.

The data subject has the right to access, the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to restrict processing, the rights to objection, portability and to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority. Our company does not use personal data for profiling or automated decision-making.

The personal data controller is Alexia Vasdeki

The contact details of the data protection officer are alexia@krataionconsulting.com

Our staff, as well as the other companies we work with, are bound by confidentiality agreements.

All persons whose personal data have been uploaded to our website (photos, statements etc.) have explicitly consented to the use of their personal data according to the article 6 (1) (a), for as long as these are posted on our site.

The use of their personal data in any form without the written consent of our company and the data subjects is strictly forbidden. In the event that this is found to be the case, the appropriate legal, civil and administrative actions will be taken against the offender.

If for any reason you wish to change or delete your personal data, the only thing you need to do is send us an email at info@krataionconsulting.com letting us know exactly what you want, and you request will be completed within 72 hours.
