At first, we assessed the company’s readiness to export by  identifying both its existing capabilities and shortcomings, through the Export Readiness assessment tool. Then, we analyzed and evaluated potential markets using online tools and market research. We identified the top 3 compatible markets for its products and conducted an operational feasibility study for each one of them.
