Assist e-tennis to quickly solve a major business challenge concerning the engagement and retention rate of their online users.

We ran a 4-day Design Sprint with the management team of e-tennis, which included user & business research, rapid & focused brainstorming, high fidelity UX prototyping and testing with real users. This process helped them break the team silos, form aligned business objectives, empathize with their users, make commonly agreed decisions and finally produce a product solution which responded to users’ needs. As a next step we organized two 1-1 consulting meetings to assist e-tennis in the implementation of the solutions produced and monitor their efficiency.
