Who is Kleemann:
Kleemann was founded in 1983 in Greece and with more than 30 successful years of experience, KLEEMANN is one of the major lift companies in both the European and global market.
Develop a training program for Kleemann’s employees and support the organisation in becoming increasingly CX focused.
What we did:
WeWorked closely with Kleemann’s team,guided and supported the creation and implementation of the overall Customer Experience action plan for Kleemann. Specifically we setup a CX program, formed a team of CX Ambassadors, supported the creation of Kleemann’s CX strategy, trained a team of internal trainers, rolled out the training program for the whole organisation, run customer journeys, and oversaw the internal communication of the program.
